EXCITING NEWS RIDE CONNECT INTERESTEED IN OFFERING FREE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO GREENBURGH RESIDENTS!

HOWEVER, THEY WANT YOU TO COMPLETE AN INTEREST SURVEY FIRST…

AND ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS


Ride Connect is an amazing organization. They offer volunteer transportation services to older adults age 60+ in Westchester. And, they are interested in expanding the program for residents of Greenburgh.

Info about the organization can be found on www.RideConnectWestchester.org. Free services include:

Providing transportation to and from client appointments

Drivers are vetted

72% of drivers are between ages of 50-70.

A ride connect bus provides weekly shopping excursions to various locales.

Call for Volunteers

Can you spare a little time to make a difference in the life of an older adult? RideConnect is currently seeking volunteers who are willing to provide occasional rides to older adults, age 60+, who live in Westchester County but are no longer driving. These rides enable our clients to remain active in their communities and to continue to lead fulfilling lives. If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a volunteer driver, please contact Marietta C. Manoni at (914) 242-7433. We are happy to work with your schedule. Hours are flexible.
