The Barbara Giordano Foundation dedicated a Women Veterans Peace Garden at the Greenburgh Library last weekend. If you were unable to attend this inspiring ceremony and want to listen to some brave female Veterans please watch the following video. This is the 2nd location in our town--paying tribute to our local heroes: --DeSanti Plaza (across from the Hartsdale Train station) also has a beautiful Veterans Memorial. We continue to live in a democracy with freedoms that other nations don't have because of their service and bravery.
