Adult Instruction

Classes are designed for individuals over the age of thirteen to learn how to swim. Participants are taught how to breathe, kick, and float properly utilizing the correct arm stroke techniques. Participants learn how to prone float, elementary backstroke, breast and crawl stroke. Participants are given instruction at levels from non-swimmers to stroke development and analysis.

  • 11 a.m. to noon
  • Teen to adult
  • Maximum enrollment of 10 people


Fees vary depending on the length of the session and if you are a resident or non-resident.
