Records / Licensing Unit

Located at the rear entrance to headquarters, the Records Unit is responsible for the data entry of police reports, administration and billing of alarm permits, impounded vehicle files, licensing, public access to records, processing of criminal rap sheets and federal/state crime statistical reporting. The unit is staffed by one Sergeant and five civilian clerical personnel.

Records Unit Hours

General Business:    Monday – Friday   9:00am to 5:00pm
Impounds:  Monday – Friday   9:00am to 4:45 pm
Fingerprinting:  Tuesday and Thursday   9:00am to 4:30 pm


Records Unit Fee Schedule

Photocopies of documents:

   1st four pages - Free, $.25 per copy thereafter
Duplicates of photographs: Polaroids and 35mm color snapshots - $5.00 each
120mm 8 X 10 B&W - $10.00 each

Alarm Permits:

Residential - $50.00, Commercial - $100.00
Fingerprinting: $10.00 per card
Impound Fee's: Administrative Fee - $35.00
Storage - $10.00 per day (excl. Sunday & Holidays)
