Major Disaster Declaration declared on October 30, 2012
· Individual Assistance (Assistance to individuals and households)
o Designated Counties: Bronx County, Kings County, Nassau County, New York County, Queens County, Richmond County, Rockland County, Suffolk County and Westchester County.
 
· Public Assistance (Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for emergency work and the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged facilities)
· PA-A Bronx County, Kings County, Nassau County, New York County, Queens County, Richmond County, Rockland County, Suffolk County and Westchester County.
· PA-B Bronx County, Kings County, Nassau County, New York County, Queens County, Richmond County, Rockland County, Suffolk County and Westchester County.
 
· Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
o All jurisdictions in New York are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
