The Greenburgh Planning Board approved an amended site plan and special permit application for 668 Central Park Avenue South (the Former A&P building) for the conversion of the existing building to a 24-Hour Fitness franchise. No change is proposed to the footprint of the building. The existing parking lot will be slightly modified to include handicapped access upgrades and additional landscaping. The applicant hopes to complete construction of the building with a goal of opening by the end of this year.
Glad that a vacant building will be rented out! We're going to work hard to make our business districts (East Hartsdale Ave, Central Ave, Saw Mill River Road, Route 119) great places to shop, eat, get fit and visit).
