Young Community Center (TDYCC), 32 Manhattan Avenue, White Plains, New York, 10607.  The much anticipated swim meet is intended to showcase the athletic ability of the local youth while encouraging character development through team sports and competition.

F.A.S.T. is a not for profit Level III United States Swimming (USS) team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction to local youth ages 5-18.  For 27 years the team has worked with TDYCC to provide an affordable competitive aquatics programs that helps youth achieve their full potential by encouraging sportsmanship, a positive competitive nature, self-esteem and confidence.  Paul will be competing against Peyton Schales, 9 years old, and Pablo Salamea, 10 years old for the fastest time in a 25-yard aquatic race.

“Our team is a reflection of what the kids in this community can do when they strive for excellence.  We are more than just an aquatics program.  We encourage our youth to attain life-long success through the continuous development of their abilities, offering an intensive academic experience for athletes,” said Ted Dowey, Director of the F.A.S.T. Swim Team.

“Thursday’s meet is an excellent opportunity to bring the Town together to celebrate the achievements of the F.A.S.T. Team youth and their coaches.  Our top-notch aquatics staff works hard to help youth at every level of ability to improve their swimming skills.  This competition will show the community how their hard work has served our youth and our town,” said TDYCC Commissioner Bill Carter.

Paul Feiner’s participation in this competition is key to highlighting the importance of the F.A.S.T. Swim Team and its members.  The team seeks to become the Swim Team Choice of Westchester by 2015 in hopes of offering their unique brand of character development through competition to a greater number of youth.
