Actions Taken to Contain: We have hired our emergency contractor who is now on-site and starting to temporarily sandbag around pipe to stop the spill into the brook.  Bypass pumping is being mobilized to get piping and pumping in place as soon as possible to make permanent repair.
Reason For The Spill: Crack in pipe.
