IMPORTANT NOTICE-AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS AVAILABLE
The affordable housing project at 422 Warburton Avenue will soon be completed and the Town is considering the sale of other Town-owned properties for affordable housing. Four apartments in the 422 Warburton Avenue site will be available to Town of Greenburgh residents, employees and volunteers.
In order to qualify for selection for these units the family must meet the following income guidelines:

The building will include on-site parking; laundry room. In addition, the project has a Bee-line bus stop and is within walking distance of the Hastings Village center and Metro-North train station.
