HARTSDALE PUBLIC PARKING DISTRICT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & DISCUSSION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners of the Hartsdale Public Parking District will hold a Public Hearing and Discussion on Monday, November 1, 2010 at 7:15 PM at the Hartsdale Public Parking District office located in the Site A Garage, 234 East Hartsdale Avenue, Hartsdale, NY to consider the proposed Hartsdale Public Parking District 2011 Parking Permit Fees.

The following rates are proposed for 2011 Hartsdale Public Parking District Parking Permits:

(Note: There was no increase in permit fees in 2010)

1. Resident (Unincorporated Town of Greenburgh) Commuter Annual Permit

from $725 in 2009 & 2010 to $750 in 2011.

2. Resident (Unincorporated Town of Greenburgh) Commuter Quarterly Permit

from $190 in 2009 & 2010 to $198 in 2011.

3. Site A 24-Hour Permit (E. Hartsdale Avenue residents) Annual Permit

from $900 in 2009 & 2010 to $950 in 2011

4. Site A Overnight Permit (E. Hartsdale Avenue residents) Annual Permit

from $425 in 2009 & 2010 to $450 in 2011.

5. Site A Overnight Permit (E. Hartsdale Avenue residents) Quarterly Permit

from $115 in 2009 & 2010 to $125 in 2011.

6. Site C 24-Hour Permit (E. Hartsdale Avenue residents) Annual Permit

from $600 in 2009 & 2010 to $650 in 2011.

7. Site C 24-Hour Permit (E. Hartsdale Avenue residents) Quarterly Permit

from $160 in 2009 & 2010 to $175 in 2011.

All interested parties are welcome to attend this Public Discussion before the Board of Commissioners of the Hartsdale Public Parking District at the Hartsdale Public Parking District Site A Office which is located on parking level 3 of the Site A Garage at 234 East Hartsdale Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10530.
