The special meeting of the Town of Greenburgh Ethics Board on Tuesday
July 24, 2007 convened at 5:00pm at Greenburgh Town Lee F. Jackson Room.

Adoption of Agenda

The proposed agenda was adopted without modification.

Report of Action taken and discussions at the July 24, 2007 meeting:

The Board reviewed the post-July 6 changes to the Ethics Code, and
discussed and formulated the presentation to be made at the Town Board
Meeting/Public Hearing later that evening on the proposed amendments to
the Ethics Code.
